Candi Pamotan berada di Desa Pamotan, Kecamatan Porong, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. Candi Pamotan saat ini termasuk dalam cagar budaya oleh pemerintah Sidoarjo. Berdasarkan warga sekitar, dulu candi ini digunakan sebagai tempat untuk menampung padi sebelum dikirim ke Kerajaan Majapahit. Pada kolam itu sendiri terdapat ikan mas yang diberikan oleh warga sekitar. Candi Pamotan I memiliki ukurang sekitar panjang 4,8 meter, lebar 4,8 meter, dan tinggi 2,5 meter. Bagian atas dari candi ini telah runtuh dan hanya menyisakan bagian dasar candi. Pada Candi Pamotan II terdapat arca tanpa kepala. Kondisi candi ini sangat tidak terawat. Pada candi ini memiliki banyak lumut dan bahkan sering terkena banjir. Candi Pamotan II berada dibawah pohon bambu yang diyakini memiliki kekuatan magis.
