Candi ini berada di desa Rejokidal, kecamatan Tumpang, Kota Malang, Provinsi Jawa Timur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secara arsitektur, candi ini kental dengan tipu daya budi Jawa Timuran, telah mengalami pemugaran pada tahun 1990. Candi kidal juga memuat kisah Garudeya, kisah mitologi&nbsp;Hindu, yang memiliki pesan moral pembebasan dari perbudakan. Sampai sekarang candi masih terjaga dan terawat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/candi.nusantara360.id\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Candi-Kidal.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-439\" width=\"344\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/candi.nusantara360.id\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Candi-Kidal.jpg 696w, https:\/\/candi.nusantara360.id\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Candi-Kidal-207x300.jpg 207w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 344px) 100vw, 344px\" \/><figcaption>Candi Kidal<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Candi Kidal sesungguhnya mempunyai beberapa kelebihan menarik dibanding dengan candi-candi yang lain tersebut. Candi Kidal terbuat dari batu&nbsp;andesit&nbsp;dan berdimensi geometris vertikal. Kaki candi nampak lebih kurang tinggi dengan tangga masuk ke atas dengan ukuran yang kecil-kecil seperti bukan tangga masuk yang asli. Badan candi memiliki ukuran yang lebih kecil dibandingkan lapang kaki serta atap candi sehingga memberi kesan ramping. Pada kaki dan tubuh candi terdapat adunan medallion serta sabuk melingkar menghiasi badan candi. Atap candi terdiri atas 3 tingkat yang makin ke atas ukurannya semakin kecil dengan bidang paling atas mempunyai permukaan cukup lapang tanpa adunan atap seperti ratna (ciri khas candi Hindu) atau stupa (ciri khas candi Buddha). Setiap tingkat disisakan ruang lebih kurang lapang dan diberi adunan.
